1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using linqent, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

linqent generates social media content based on settings you provide and, when you connect and explicitly link a LinkedIn account to a workflow, may publish posts, comments and reactions to that account and display analytics for the posts published through the service. By connecting your LinkedIn account you authorize linqent to act on your behalf through the official LinkedIn API.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.
• You must ensure content complies with applicable laws and with the Terms of Service and policies of the platforms you publish to, including LinkedIn's Terms of Service and automation policies.
• You must not use the service for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or misleading content, and you must not publish content you do not have the right to share.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

4. LinkedIn and third-party platforms

The service publishes content through LinkedIn's official APIs and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Availability of publishing and analytics depends on LinkedIn and its API policies, which may change. You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time, which revokes our access.

5. Account and data

You may delete your account and associated data at any time via our Data Deletion page.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including content published to third-party platforms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
